All returns must be in “Like New” condition with all original packaging in undamaged condition. Inserts, instructions, blank warranty cards, accessories and dated sales receipt must be included. Cameras must have less than 25 shutter actuations.  Electronics must be returned within 15 days of receipt date.  Sealed electronic products are not returnable for credit or refund once factory seal shave been broken. This includes software, books, DVDs, CDs, computer accessories, electronic boards and radios.No returns or exchanges on film and light-sensitive paper.  

All exceptions to the above will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%. Colonial Photo & Hobby reserves the right to refuse any return.
